

Hacker agency had a significant email marketing business but was developing standard, non-responsive and text only emails using best practices that were quickly becoming outdated. Using my significant html email design and development experience and I identified an opportunity to make immediate impact while providing a unique user experience in a channel where UX is often ignored.
I developed rapid functional prototypes to demonstrate the power of CSS that I could use to evangelize responsive email, not only within the agency but also to our largest telecommunications client. I also introduced interactivity and beautiful animations using the power of CSS, while demonstrating a default state for email clients that do not support CSS.
Hacker Agency adopted my recommendations resulting in a 300% click-tru rate increase for AT&T's acquisition and CLM email campaigns.
